Terms and Conditions

Mancave Artisan GmbH

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders, deliveries, services and sales of Mancave Artisan GmbH through the webshop, direct sales, individual quotations and personal agreements.

By placing an order, the customer fully accepts these Terms and Conditions.

3. Products and Services

Mancave Artisan GmbH sells in particular:

  • Handcrafted automotive furniture

  • Design and art objects

  • Lifestyle and mancave products

  • Gourmet products and accessories

  • One-of-a-kind pieces and custom-made items

Many products are based on historical vehicle parts and are handcrafted.

Slight differences in the following areas are expressly part of the product character and do not constitute a defect:

  • Colour

  • Structure

  • Patina

  • Surfaces

  • Material condition

  • Historical signs of use

4. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the webshop does not constitute a legally binding offer.

The purchase contract is concluded only through one of the following actions by Mancave Artisan GmbH:

  • Written order confirmation

  • Invoicing

  • Shipping confirmation

  • Handover of the goods

Mancave Artisan GmbH reserves the right to reject orders without giving reasons.

5. Prices

All prices are stated in Swiss francs, CHF, unless otherwise specified.

Mancave Artisan GmbH reserves the right to change prices at any time.

The applicable price is the price at the time of the order.

Shipping, delivery, customs or special transport costs are shown separately.

6. Payment

The following payment methods may be offered:

  • Credit card

  • TWINT

  • Bank transfer

  • Shopify Payments

  • PayPal

  • Cash payment upon collection

  • Other payment methods stated in the shop

The goods remain the property of Mancave Artisan GmbH until full payment has been received.

7. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery is made within Switzerland and, by individual agreement, internationally.

Delivery times are non-binding unless expressly confirmed in writing.

Delays caused by the following circumstances do not give rise to any claim for compensation:

  • Handcrafting

  • Material procurement

  • Restoration work

  • Transport issues

  • Force majeure

8. Delivery by Mancave Artisan GmbH

For selected products, personal delivery and handover are carried out by Mancave Artisan GmbH or by commissioned transport partners.

The buyer is obliged to inspect the goods immediately upon handover.

By accepting and signing for the delivery, the goods are generally considered accepted, unless visible damage or defects are recorded in writing directly at the time of handover.

Subsequent complaints regarding the following characteristics are excluded, provided they correspond to the characteristic design and product description:

  • Visible signs of use

  • Patina

  • Surface structure

  • Colour variations

  • Material-related characteristics of historical vehicle parts

9. Transport Damage

Transport damage must be reported in writing within 48 hours after receipt of the goods.

The report must include:

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Photos of the damage

  • Order number

  • Description of the damage

No liability can be accepted without timely notification.

10. Cancellation and Returns

For standard products in stock, Mancave Artisan GmbH grants a voluntary right of return within 14 days after receipt of the goods.

The following requirements must be met:

  • Unused condition

  • Original packaging

  • Complete delivery

The buyer bears the return shipping costs.

The following products are excluded from cancellation and returns:

  • Automotive furniture

  • One-of-a-kind pieces

  • Custom-made items

  • Personalised products

  • Reduced exhibition pieces

  • Gourmet products

  • Products with individual patina character

11. Liability

The liability of Mancave Artisan GmbH is limited to intent and gross negligence.

Any liability for the following is excluded to the extent permitted by law:

  • Indirect damage

  • Consequential damage

  • Loss of profit

  • Loss of use

  • Damage caused by improper use

12. Gourmet Products and Age Restrictions

Alcoholic products are sold exclusively to persons who meet the legal age requirements in Switzerland.

By placing an order, the customer confirms that they meet the legal age requirements.

13. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, photographs, logos, product ideas and brands of Mancave Artisan GmbH are protected by copyright.

Use without express written permission is prohibited.

14. Product Images and Visualisations

Some images shown on our website may be produced with the help of AI or digitally enhanced for presentation purposes. They are used to help you imagine how a Mancave Artisan piece could look in your living space, showroom or interior setting.

As each item is a handcrafted 1 of 1 piece made from original classic car parts, the actual product may differ from the images shown in terms of colour, patina, surface structure, proportions, details and finish.

Before purchasing, you may request original photos, additional detail images or further information about the specific product. We are happy to provide these upon request, especially as our automotive furniture represents a significant and individual investment.

15. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy of Mancave Artisan GmbH.

16. Place of Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

Swiss law applies exclusively.

The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Mancave Artisan GmbH, unless mandatory statutory provisions provide otherwise.

17. Severability Clause

Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
