Shipping Policy

Mancave Artisan GmbH

1. Shipping Area

Mancave Artisan GmbH ships products within Switzerland and, by individual agreement, internationally.

Certain products and one-of-a-kind pieces may only be delivered within Switzerland due to their size, weight or special transport requirements.

2. Shipping Costs

The applicable shipping costs are shown during the checkout process.

For large automotive furniture, one-of-a-kind pieces or special transports, delivery is arranged based on an individual quotation.

3. Delivery Times

Standard products that are in stock are usually shipped within a few working days.

Handcrafted products, custom-made items and automotive furniture may require longer delivery times.

Non-binding delivery times do not entitle the customer to compensation or withdrawal from the contract.

4. Delivery of Automotive Furniture and One-of-a-Kind Pieces

Selected products are delivered personally by Mancave Artisan GmbH or by commissioned transport partners.

The buyer is obliged to inspect the goods immediately upon delivery.

By accepting the delivery, the goods are generally considered accepted, unless visible damage is recorded in writing directly at the time of handover.

5. Transport Damage

Transport damage must be reported in writing within 48 hours after receipt of the goods.

Please send:

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Photos of the damage

  • Order number

  • Short description

No liability can be accepted without timely notification.

6. Self-Collection

Self-collection of selected products is possible by prior appointment.

7. International Deliveries

For international deliveries, additional costs may apply, including:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Other charges

These costs are borne by the buyer.
