Right of Withdrawal

Mancave Artisan GmbH

1. General Principle

Mancave Artisan GmbH stands for exclusive automotive furniture, design objects and selected lifestyle products with unique character.

Many of our products are carefully handcrafted or based on historical vehicle parts with individual patina and history.

Please read the following conditions carefully.

2. Returns of Standard Products

For standard products in stock, such as accessories, olive wood products or non-personalised items, Mancave Artisan GmbH grants a voluntary right of return within 14 days after receipt of the goods.

The following requirements must be met:

Unused condition
Original packaging
Complete delivery
No damage

The buyer bears the return shipping costs.

After inspection of the goods, the refund will be made using the original payment method.

3. Exclusion from the Right of Withdrawal

The following products are excluded from withdrawal and exchange in particular:

Handcrafted automotive furniture
One-of-a-kind pieces
Custom-made items
Personalised products
Reduced exhibition pieces
Art and design objects
Gourmet products and beverages, such as champagne
Products with individual patina or vintage character

These products are individually crafted, refined or specially organised for the customer and are therefore excluded from the right of return.

4. Character of Our Products

Many products from Mancave Artisan GmbH are made from historical vehicle parts and are carefully handcrafted.

Slight differences in the following areas are expressly part of the design and do not constitute a defect:

Colour
Structure
Patina
Surfaces
Material condition
Historical signs of use

Each product therefore has its own character and individual history.

5. Transport Damage

Please inspect the delivery immediately upon receipt.

Transport damage must be reported in writing within 48 hours after delivery.

Photos of the damage
Order number
Short description

No liability can be accepted without timely notification.

6. Delivery by Mancave Artisan GmbH

For selected products, personal delivery and handover are carried out by Mancave Artisan GmbH or by commissioned transport partners.

The buyer is obliged to inspect the goods immediately upon handover.

By accepting and signing for the delivery, the goods are generally considered accepted, unless visible damage or defects are recorded in writing directly at the time of handover.

Subsequent complaints regarding the following characteristics are excluded, provided they correspond to the characteristic design and product description:
